Die Eltern zu Besuch, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten abgeklappert, rauf aufs Park Inn. Auf Yvonne’s Empfehlung hin sind wir hoch aufs Dach des Hotels für den wohl besten Blick über Berlin. Der Blick war schon super, denn man sieht ausnahmsweise Berlin von oben mit Fernsehturm (weil man nicht drin ist), allerdings hatte ich mir eine „Panorama Terrasse“ etwas anders vorgestellt, als eine 20qm große Aussichtsplattform mit 5 Klappstühlen. Leider hat man nur die Möglichkeit in eine Richtung zu sehen und nicht ganz rum zu laufen (so wie etwa beim Kolhoff-Tower am Potsdamer Platz) und die wenigen Plätze am Geländer waren bei unserer Ankunft stark umkämpft. Dennoch, der Blick war super und für 3€ kann man das schonmal machen.
The other day, I went up the Parc Inn Hotel with my parents, cause my dear Yvonne really recommended the view from their rooftop terrace. I really liked the view, because you actually see Berlin with the TV Tower (cause you’re not in it), but I have to admit I expectet a little bit more than a 20m“ „panorama terrace“ with 5 fold out chairs and an elevator that doesn’t go to the very top. Also you can only see in one direction and can’t walk around (like on top of the Kolhoff Tower at Potsdamer Platz). Anyway, the view was nice and for 3€ a no brainer.

Really? Last time I went it was 1,50€ student price. But well, that was 3 years ago.

Hmm, das dürfte damals noch die 50mm 1.8er Festbrennweite gewesen sein. Canon natürlich 😉
